Disposable virus sampling tube kits
Disposable Virus Sampling Tubes are used for collection and transportation of clinical influenza, novel coronavirus, avian influenza (H7N9), hand-food-mouth virus, measles, and other virus samples as well as mycoplasma, urea plasma and chlamydia samples.
Materials and Composition:
1. Virus Maintenance Solution. Eagle’s fluid (MEM), I-glutamine, fetal bovine serum, sodium bicarbonate, penicillin, streptomycin, etc. The special virus maintenance solution can keep the virus activity in a wide range of temperature, reduce the virus decomposition rate, and improve the positive rate of virus separation.
2. Sampling Swab. The swab is composed of a plastic sampling handle and polymer sampling head.
3. Preservation Tube. The tube consists of a polypropylene injection tube and an outer screw cap with a sealing washer inside. The screw cap is fitted with a connecting hole of the swab handle.

Each preservation tube contains 3ml of virus maintenance solution.
